How do I stay positive during this "different " period?

·         I smile more. Smiling always come natural to me. And in this period, I make the most use of it,

·     I begin my day in a more positive way.  I have a reason to jump out of bed every morning. That is writing..

·         I talk to my friends. I listen to them. 

·         I connect with nature. Nature is indeed a very good inspiration.

·         I reassess the meaning of my life. This I do calmly. 

·         I enjoy and cherish the simple daily moments of life. This affirms to me that life is too wonderful to be spent worrying. 

·         I practice positive self-talking. I don't let negative thoughts master me. 

·         I try to be the change I wish to see. This sums it all.
